Yes. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. We charge the fee by PayPal payment request. A new hotel or address in the same area, a flight number or the number of passengers can be changed free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp or LINE to cancel or change.

On Level 3 (Departures); the exact door comes with your confirmation. The first 60 minutes of waiting are free, counted from when you land, and a person checks your flight, so a delay moves the pick-up.
